Why we love this location
We love the 27th Avenue Beach Park for its convenient location at the beginning of the no-drive beach area, making it the last entry point for cars heading north and a great place to enjoy the beach without traffic to the south. This park boasts a large pay parking lot, restrooms, showers, and a playground, offering everything you need for a fun and comfortable beach day. Its proximity to amenities is great, with a convenience store and gas station just across the street. For a treat, you can visit Izzy's Island, our favorite spot for tacos and ice cream or take a quick walk north to Chase's on the Beach for delicious food and drinks!

Why we love this location
Hiles Blvd Beach access is a fantastic spot for beachgoers. Situated just north of the Mi Mexico restaurant, this access point features a spacious off-beach parking lot with 226 regular and seven handicapped spaces. The area is equipped with a public restroom building and outdoor showers, providing convenience and comfort for visitors. Additionally, a signalized pedestrian crosswalk ensures safe and easy access to the beach ramp. For those who prefer to park even closer, there is limited free parking just off the beach ramp, west of A1A. Arriving early is recommended to secure the best spots and enjoy a stress-free beach day at this beautiful non-driving beach area.

We are happy to accommodate alternative location requests whenever possible and frequently serve guests staying at beachfront condos and homes along the no-drive beach area. We will also serve the drive-on beach under specific circumstances when tides allow.
